XVIII edition of the Intensive Course of International Tax Law
Ariadna Artopoulos and Alejandro Messineo participated in the ) organized annually by the Faculty of Law of the Austral University. Lawyers, accountants and professionals dedicated to taxation attended from different parts of Latin America.
The week's agenda covered critical issues of tax news, such as the OECD and UN model agreements, the Andean Pact and the Multilateral ILADT model, agreements to avoid double taxation, BEPS initiatives, aggressive tax planning, exchange of information among tax agencies, the taxation of the digital economy, among many others.
Martín Torres Girotti and Melisa Romero participated as speakers in the seminar on "Class Actions" organized by the Committee of Legal and Fiscal Matters of AmCham Argentina. The day was held on Tuesday, November 6.
Marcelo den Toom was in charge of a training in the field of Competition, focused on aspects of the car industry and related business chambers.
The training was held on Wednesday 14th in the Board of Directors of ADEFA, and it was a dynamic and participative meeting for some of the members of the member companies of ADEFA, which brings together all the car and truck manufacturers of the Argentina.
